What do I need to do to arrange transport?

As far in advance as possible, telephone 01732 458931 or email our Coordinator who will take all your details, and log your journey.

The Coordinator will tell you the cost when you arrange your appointment. Our rates are considerably lower than commercial alternatives.

The Coordinator will attempt to find a driver, who will usually ring you to confirm the pick-up time and place.

When you arrive for your appointment, the driver will usually see you into Reception, wait, and return you home. For longer stays a return journey, charged as a double journey, is arranged separately. You should bring a mobile phone with you, if you have one.

How do I pay?

An invoice will be sent to you at the start of the next month. You pay a mileage rate from home to home. The bill can be settled by cheque in the post or by bank transfer.
