What do I do to arrange transport?
As far in advance as possible, telephone 01732 458931 or email our Coordinator who will take all your details, and log your journey.
The Coordinator will tell you the cost when you arrange your appointment.
Our rates are considerably lower than commercial alternatives.
The Coordinator will find a driver, who will usually ring you to confirm the pick-up time and place.
When you arrive for your appointment, the driver will usually see you into Reception and wait to return you home. For longer stays a return journey, charged as a double journey, is arranged separately.
How do I pay?
An invoice will be sent to you at the start of each month. You pay a mileage rate from home to home. The bill can be settled by cheque in the post, bank transfer, or cash delivered to our office.
