Privacy Policy
Your personal information, including your name, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, personal information relevant to your needs when using our transport, records of journeys made with our drivers and contributions paid for our services, is held by SVTG under the contractual arrangement between you, as User of our transport, and SVTG as provider of that transport. Your information is used to arrange your transport and to invoice for your contribution to its cost.
SVTG does not pass on the personal data of individual Users to any outside party, including KCC.
Your personal information is retained for as long as you continue to use SVTG services and for three years after that has ceased.
On request, SVTG would be pleased to give you the information it holds on your behalf. In addition, also on request, SVTG would be willing to remove all the personal information on you held by it, after your contract with SVTG has ended.
